By downloading or using DotStrip you agree to these terms.
Licence
DotStrip is licensed to you, not sold. A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on the Macs you own or control. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer or share your license key, except where the law allows it regardless of this clause.
Free trial and subscriptions
You can use DotStrip free for 7 days. After that the app requires an active subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from the Polar customer portal; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Polar, whose terms also apply to the purchase, and refund requests are handled in line with Polar’s policies and applicable consumer law.
Third-party data
Stock quotes, weather and headlines come from third-party services and are provided for convenience only. They may be delayed, wrong or unavailable. Do not rely on DotStrip for trading, safety or any other decision that matters.
No warranty
DotStrip is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for DotStrip in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
I may update these terms and the app from time to time. Continuing to use DotStrip after a change means you accept it.
